Apollo Hospitals Enterprise (NSE: APOLLOHOSP, BSE: 508869) reported a ₹1,296.3 crore standalone net profit for FY2024-25, a 28% YoY increase . Revenue from operations rose to ₹8,202.1 crore, reflecting a 13% increase driven by sustained demand for healthcare services. The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share (200% of face value), aggregating to ₹19 per share for FY25, including an interim dividend of ₹9 paid earlier.

Financial Performance Overview

EBITDA improved to ₹20,442 crore, resulting in a 24.9% EBITDA margin for the company. Operational efficiency initiatives and higher occupancy rates across its network contributed to a reduction in finance costs by 6% YoY to ₹254.0 crore. Asset quality remained robust, with investments in property, plant, and equipment totaling ₹858.2 crore during FY25.

Dividend and Leadership Updates

Shareholders will receive the final dividend subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 29, 2025, conducted via video conferencing. The record date for eligibility is set for August 19, 2025, with payment scheduled by September 10, 2025.
