IndusInd Bank Signs MoU with IIM Lucknow Incubation Centre to Boost Startups

IndusInd Bank Limited (NSE: INDUSINDBK, BSE: 532187) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Enterprise Incubation Centre at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIML-EIC) to foster innovation-driven entrepreneurship and support startups across India. The partnership, which was revealed on June 13, 2025, is to improve the startup ecosystem by providing operational assistance and tailored funding solutions.

Strategic Collaboration for Startup Growth

The MoU is designed to offer startups at various stages and sectors access to tailored banking services, including cash management, working capital support, and credit facilities. This partnership is part of IndusInd Bank’s broader commitment to building a robust ‘banking and beyond banking’ ecosystem, promoting sustainable growth and innovation among startups.

Startups will benefit from exclusive access to IndusInd Bank’s extensive network and strategic ecosystem partnerships, which will help enhance their visibility, attract investments, and focus on scalable growth. The Bank will also conduct workshops and knowledge sessions covering essential financial topics such as banking basics, equity infusion, ESOP implications, and segment-based funding. In addition, operational support like payroll and attendance management solutions will be provided under the MoU.

IndusInd Bank will co-sponsor startup-focused seminars and conclaves organized by IIML-EIC. The incubation centre will facilitate connections between startups and the Bank, ensuring startups can leverage the full range of available services.
