According to a BSE filing, the company will supply 3425 MT of G.I. Pipes to various divisions of Jal Shakti Vibhag in the State of Himachal Pradesh. The order is expected to be executed within 60 days from the date of supply.
The contract was awarded through a domestic entity, and the company has confirmed that the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the order.
