
Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems Limited (BSE: 526423) has announced the relocation of its Second Factory Unit (Unit-II) in Coimbatore to a new leased premises. The decision, approved by the Board of Directors on April 11, 2025, is aimed at improving administrative and operational efficiencies.
The new location, situated at S.F. No. 156/2B and 156/3, Neelambur Village, Avinashi Road, Muthugoundenpudur Panchayat, Sulur Taluk, Arasur, Coimbatore District- 641407, Tamilnadu, offers approximately 43,693 square feet of space. This relocation will provide a larger and more streamlined environment for the factory’s operations.

According to the filing, the expenses associated with shifting and setting up Unit-II at the new address will be met from the company’s internal accruals. While the relocation aims to enhance efficiency, it will not result in any change to the overall production capacity of the company. Lakshmi Electricals plans to inform stakeholders once operations commence at the new Unit-II location.
