The announcement, made on 12 November 2025, details orders valued at approximately Rs. 271.75 Crores.
The financial magnitude of the contracts is significant, amounting to approximately USD 30.88 Mn. The company confirmed that the order flow represents a continuation of regular business activities with the client.
Key details provided in the regulatory filing indicate the customer is an international entity. Due to confidentiality agreements, MTAR Technologies Limited is unable to disclose the name of the entity that awarded the orders.
Regarding the execution timeline, MTAR Technologies expects to complete the order(s)/contract(s) during the second quarter of the fiscal year 2027 (Q2 FY27).
In terms of compliance and corporate governance, the company affirmed that the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
Furthermore, the disclosure confirmed that the promoter, promoter group, and group companies do not have any interest in the international entity that awarded the orders.
