Punjab National Bank has filed its annual disclosure for non-convertible securities with SEBI, revealing 21 active bond listings with aggregate issuances worth ₹3,000+ crore in FY2024-25. The disclosure complies with SEBI’s Master Circular (May 2024) for corporate bond transparency.

  • Largest Maturity: ₹1,000 crore bond (INE160A08050) redeemed on September 30, 2024

The bank’s bond portfolio spans maturities from 2024 to 2030, with coupon rates ranging 7.35%-8.90% across instruments. Recent credit rating affirmations by CRISIL (December 2024) highlight PNB’s improved asset quality and capital adequacy ratios.
