
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced that it has secured additional orders worth ₹577 crore since its last disclosure on February 20, 2025. This brings the total value of orders received by the Navratna Defence PSU during the current financial year to ₹13,724 crore.
The new orders encompass a range of products and services, including airborne electronic warfare (EW) systems, advanced composite communication systems for submarines, doppler weather radar, train communication systems, radar upgrades, spares, and services.
S. Sreenivas, Company Secretary of Bharat Electronics Limited, confirmed the new order wins in a filing with the stock exchanges.
The latest order wins reinforce Bharat Electronics Limited’s strong position in the Indian defence sector and contribute to the company’s robust order book for the current financial year.

Tesla and Starlink May Soon Enter India
Elon Musk is in discussions with the Indian government to bring Tesla and Starlink to the country. Reports suggest that the government is considering tax incentives to encourage Tesla to set up manufacturing in India. Meanwhile, Starlink’s satellite internet service is awaiting regulatory approvals.
