KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) major and a flagship company of the RPG Group, has successfully secured new orders valued at Rs. 1,174 crores.

This latest achievement reflects the continuous success of the company’s core Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business.

The announcement, filed with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on October 13, 2025, detailed that these orders have been received in the normal course of business.

The new contracts encompass major T&D projects across both India and the Middle East. Key wins include securing contracts for ± 800 kV HVDC and 765 kV Transmission lines from a reputed private developer within India.

Furthermore, KEC International secured a large order for 380 kV Transmission lines in Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO, KEC International Ltd., expressed his delight regarding these significant order wins.

He noted that the prestigious HVDC transmission line order in India is particularly important, as it has substantially increased the proportion of orders received from private developers in the company’s India T&D order intake for the year.

Mr. Kejriwal added that the contract in Saudi Arabia further solidifies the company’s leadership position in the Middle East T&D market.

With the addition of these Rs. 1,174 crore orders, KEC International’s Year-to-Date (YTD) order intake now stands at approximately Rs. 14,000 crore.

Management anticipates that these recent orders will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s targeted growth moving forward.
