JTL Industries Limited disclosed today that it has received a Provisional Attachment Order from the Income Tax Department concerning one of its properties located in Raigad, Maharashtra.
The order was issued by the Office of the Deputy Director of Income Tax (Investigation), Chandigarh, under section 24(4)(b)(i) of the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions (PBPT) Act, 1988.
According to the regulatory filing made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company received this communication on March 2, 2026.
In its official statement, JTL Industries emphasised that the attachment order is not expected to have any impact on the company’s ongoing operations, financial position, or other business activities.
The company further clarified that it intends to undertake all necessary remedial measures to address the matter with the relevant authorities.
JTL Industries is a significant player in the steel pipes manufacturing sector, with its registered and corporate office located in Chandigarh.
