BMW Ventures Bags ₹15.91 Crore Steel Fabrication Order

BMW Ventures Limited is making waves in the industrial sector after announcing a significant new contract win for its Fabricated Steel Manufacturing Division.

In a regulatory filing on March 10, 2026, the Patna-based company revealed it has secured a domestic order valued at ₹15.91 crore (including taxes).

The project encompasses the comprehensive supply, fabrication, delivery, and erection of fabricated steel structures.

While the identity of the awarding domestic entity remains under wraps due to confidentiality agreements, the terms of the deal point to a robust financial arrangement for BMW Ventures:

  • Timeline: The project is slated for completion within nine months from the date of the Purchase Order.
  • Payment Structure: The contract features a favorable cash-flow model, including a 50% advance on fabrication costs, 40% payable before dispatch, and the remaining 10% settled after the erection of the structures.
  • Zero Conflict: The company confirmed that the contract is not a related party transaction, and neither the promoter nor the promoter group holds any interest in the awarding entity.

This latest win provides strong revenue visibility for the company’s steel division heading into the next fiscal year.

By securing a contract of this scale with a tight nine-month execution window, BMW Ventures demonstrates its growing capacity to handle significant domestic infrastructure and fabrication needs.

As of the announcement, the disclosure is available for review on the official websites of both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India.
