
In a significant boost to its order book, Pace Digitek Limited has secured a new contract from North Western Railway, according to a BSE regulatory filing. The company will provide Lattice Towers in connection with UHF/LTE & KAVACH Work over balance routes of Jodhpur division of North Western Railway.
The order value is Rs 226.42 million, including GST, and the scope of work includes provision of Lattice Towers for a total distance of 996.24 kilometers.
The company will be responsible for completing the work as per the terms and conditions specified in the contract.
The completion deadline for the project is within 18 months from the date of issue of the Letter of Acceptance.
The company has complied with the requirements of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, and has disclosed the necessary details as required under Regulation 30.
