Praruh Technologies has secured a Rs 335 crore order from RailTel Corporation of India, according to a BSE filing.

The company will supply, install, and commission internal gateways, including IT and security equipment, for RailTel. This large contract boosts Praruh’s order book.

The project involves establishing a long-haul broadband telecom network based on MPLS technology. The proposed solution fulfils both functional and performance requirements of the SDN-based MPLS routers and CGNAT. The project adheres to directives by segregating Internet Leased Line (ILL) and MPLS services.

The order was awarded through a domestic entity, with no related party transactions involved. The contract is expected to be executed within 180 days from the date of issue of the Letter of Acceptance. The scope of work includes the supply of hardware and software at various locations.

The project will encompass 22 aggregation gateways and 100 service delivery Points of Presence (PoPs) across all telecom circles. The order adds to Praruh’s existing pipeline, strengthening its position in the IT sector.

This order reinforces Praruh Technologies’ position as a significant player in the IT and security equipment supply market.
