Wipro Q1 Results: Revenue Grows 0.9% YoY; Declares Interim Dividend of ₹2/Share

Wipro Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with a 0.9% year-over-year revenue growth in constant currency terms. The company’s gross revenue stood at ₹244.8 billion, a 1.0% increase quarter-over-quarter and 10.6% year-over-year.

According to a BSE filing, the company’s IT services segment revenue decreased 1.4% quarter-over-quarter to $2,614.5 million.

The company’s large deal bookings increased by 12.9% quarter-over-quarter to $1,626 million, with 13 large deals booked in the quarter. Srini Pallia, CEO and Managing Director, said, “Clients are moving beyond technology modernization to AI-enabled operating models that improve quality, resilience, and productivity.”

The company’s net income for the quarter was at ₹33.6 billion, a decrease of 4.7% quarter-over-quarter and an increase of 0.6% year-over-year. Aparna Iyer, Chief Financial Officer, said, “We remain focused on investing in our people and strategic priority areas, which may create some near-term margin volatility, but sets a strong foundation for future growth.”

The company has declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per equity share/ADS. The company’s operating cash flows were at ₹32.9 billion, an increase of 3.6% quarter-over-quarter and at 98% of net income for the quarter.

The company’s voluntary attrition was at 13.9% on a trailing 12-month basis. This order reinforces Wipro’s position as a leading IT services provider.
