Adani Enterprises Incorporates PRANEETHA ECOCABLES LIMITED Joint Venture

Adani Enterprises Limited (NSE: ADANIENT, BSE: 512599) announced the incorporation of a joint venture company, PRANEETHA ECOCABLES LIMITED (PEL), in partnership with Praneetha Ventures Private Limited. The joint venture was finalized on March 19, 2025, with Kutch Copper Limited (KCL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, holding 50% of the equity share capital.

The authorized and paid-up share capital of PRANEETHA ECOCABLES LIMITED is ₹10 lakh, divided into 1 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each. The joint venture will focus on the manufacturing, marketing, distribution, buying, and selling of metal products, cables, and wires. As of now, the company has not commenced business operations.

This strategic move aligns with Adani Enterprises’ vision to expand its footprint in the industrial manufacturing sector while leveraging synergies with its subsidiary Kutch Copper Limited.

Jatin Jalundhwala, Company Secretary and Joint President (Legal) of Adani Enterprises Limited, confirmed the incorporation in a regulatory filing.
