JSW Steel Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, JSW Steel Coated Products Limited (JSWSCPL), has been declared the successful resolution applicant for Colour Roof India Limited.
According to the filing, JSWSCPL had submitted a resolution plan for Colour Roof India Limited during its corporate insolvency resolution process on July 1, 2024. This plan was later amended on April 18, 2025. On April 25, 2025, JSWSCPL was notified by the resolution professional through a letter of intent, indicating that the committee of creditors had sanctioned its resolution plan and formally recognized JSWSCPL as the successful candidate.

The company further mentioned that the closure of the transaction is subject to necessary approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai.
The announcement was issued in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
