Nifty 50 ended at 24,328 in green. Sensex also closed in green at 80,116. Nifty Next 50 managed to end higher at 65,997. However, Bank Nifty slipped into the red, closing at 55,370.
Nifty 50:
HCLTECH stood out with a gain of 7.74%, followed by TECHM rising 4.76%. TATAMOTORS added 4.44%, WIPRO gained 3.87%, and INFY closed 3.75% higher. Both KOTAKBANK and HDFCBANK experienced a decline of 2.09% on the losing side. GRASIM was down 1.98%, and SBIN declined by 1.08%.

Bank Nifty:
AUBANK led the gains with a sharp 7.89% rise. IDFCFIRSTB experienced an increase of 1.70%. Among the laggards, KOTAKBANK and HDFCBANK saw losses of 2.09% each. CANBK slipped 1.35% and SBIN was down 1.08%.
Nifty Next 50:
WAAREEENER surged 14.76%, with TVSELECT rising 17.82% and VSSL jumping 20.00%. VAISHALI added 14.26%, SMSPHARMA was up 11.58%, and TNTELE increased by 9.97%.
In contrast, J&KBANK fell 9.65%, UMAEXPORTS dropped 7.70%, RKDL declined 6.75%, STYLEBAAZA slipped 6.32%, and XELPMOC was down 6.23%.
The trading session was active today. Key indices like Nifty, Sensex, and Nifty Next 50 saw moderate gains, while Bank Nifty slipped slightly. Overall, the ongoing Q4 results season continues to support the market’s upward trend.
