Tata Chemicals Approves 110% Dividend and ₹200 Crore Fundraising Plan

Tata Chemicals has declared a ₹11 per share dividend (110% of face value) and approved ₹200 crore in term loans or NCDs following Wednesday’s board meeting.

The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY25, which received an unmodified opinion from statutory auditors BSR & Co. LLP. The results, compliant with SEBI Listing Regulations (Regulations 30, 33, 51, and 52), are available on the company’s website. While specific financial figures were not disclosed in the filing, auditors confirmed adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and flagged no material misstatements.

Dividend and Capital Raising

Shareholders will receive ₹11 per share, subject to approval at the 86th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Furthermore, the Board has empowered an internal committee to finalize the terms for raising ₹200 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs) or term loans to facilitate operational growth.
