TCS Announces ₹2,903 Crore 4G Network Order from BSNL

Tata Consultancy Services Limited (NSE: TCS, BSE: 532540) has received an add-on Advance Purchase Order (APO) worth ₹2,903.22 crore (inclusive of taxes) from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for the deployment of a 4G mobile network across 18,685 sites in India. The order, disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations, covers planning, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and annual maintenance services.

The APO, issued on May 20, 2025, follows TCS’s earlier engagement with BSNL referenced in its May 2023 communication. Detailed purchase orders will be finalized upon fulfillment of pending conditions and documentation.
