This crucial deal, a continuation of a previously proposed business transaction announced on 5th August 2025, sees SBC Exports receive an initial work order valued at approximately ₹17.56 crore.
This substantial order is for the supply of various garment articles, including T-Shirts, Trousers, and Shorts, catering to the diverse needs of the global apparel market. The agreement marks a significant milestone for SBC, as it anticipates that this engagement will begin contributing to its revenue streams within the current financial year.
More broadly, the company expects this strategic move to support its projected 15-20% annual growth in export turnover, enhance overall profitability, diversify its market exposure, and strengthen its competitive standing within the international apparel sector.
Key Terms of the Deal
The terms and conditions of this significant export order are designed to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction for both parties:
- Payment Schedule: HUXXE Readymade Garments Trading LLC will make payments for shipments within 90 days from the date they receive the goods. This structured payment period provides clarity for revenue recognition.
- Currency: All consideration, meaning the payment for the goods, will be made exclusively in US Dollar. This simplifies international transactions and provides currency stability for the deal.
- Expenses: Crucially, all expenses related to insurance and freight will be borne by HUXXE Readymade Garments Trading LLC. This arrangement reduces additional costs for SBC Exports, improving the profitability of the order.
- Governing Law: In the event of any dispute, the laws of the United Arab Emirates will serve as the governing law. This provides a clear legal framework for any potential disagreements.
