COVIDH Technologies Eyes Major Expansion: 100% Acquisition of iSERA Biological in the Pipeline

In a significant move that could reshape its market positioning, COVIDH Technologies Limited has announced its intent to acquire a 100% equity stake in iSERA Biological Private Limited.

The Hyderabad-based company informed the BSE Limited on February 23, 2026, that it has executed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) setting the stage for the acquisition.

If the transaction reaches completion, iSERA Biological will become a wholly owned subsidiary of COVIDH Technologies.

While the financial specifics of the deal have yet to be disclosed, the move signals COVIDH Technologies’ aggressive pursuit of growth within the biological and technology sectors.

The disclosure, made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, marks the beginning of a formal transition period for both entities.

Investors should note that the current agreement is non-binding, serving as a record of mutual understanding between the two parties regarding broad terms and conditions. The finalisation of the deal is contingent upon several critical factors, including:

  • Execution of definitive agreements.
  • Completion of satisfactory due diligence.
  • Receipt of necessary regulatory, statutory, and shareholder approvals.
  • Fulfilment of specific conditions precedent.

The company has clarified that the LOI is only binding in regards to customary provisions such as confidentiality and exclusivity.

COVIDH Technologies has committed to making further disclosures to the exchange once definitive agreements are signed or material developments occur, in line with SEBI circulars.
