The contract, valued at ₹4,99,21,345, marks a major step forward in the company’s expansion into AI-driven security infrastructure.
AI-Powered Security Across 176 Locations:
The project focuses on the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of cutting-edge AI-based monitoring and CCTV infrastructure for the Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society.
According to the exchange filing, the comprehensive security overhaul will span 176 different locations and include:
- Deployment of 5MP or higher AI-enabled CCTV cameras.
- Establishment of a Centralized Command Control Centre to oversee operations.
- Integration of advanced AI Analytics, Video Management Software (VMS), and high-capacity storage infrastructure.
- Installation of specialized video wall monitoring systems and networking equipment.
- Launch of dedicated web and mobile applications designed for real-time AI-based incident monitoring.
Investors should note the aggressive execution timeline. The delivery and installation of these high-tech components are expected to be completed within three months (with some components slated for an 8-week delivery) from the date of the award.
The company also confirmed that this domestic contract does not involve any related party transactions, and no members of the promoter group have any interest in the awarding entity, ensuring a transparent deal for shareholders.
By combining AI analytics with traditional CCTV hardware, the company is positioning itself as a high-value tech provider in the public and educational sectors.
