Digitide Solutions Limited has named Harigovind Krishnasamy as Chief Financial Officer (Designate) and Suraj Prasad as Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, both effective October 1 2026. The moves are part of the company’s profitability‑led strategy, the BSE filing showed.
Krishnasamy brings over 21 years of finance leadership, including CFO roles at Matrimony.com and Embibe, and senior finance positions at Vedanta, DEN Networks and Jio Platforms. He is a Chartered Accountant and has completed all three levels of the CFA Programme.
Prasad, who has served as CFO since Digitide’s demerger and listing, will shift to overseeing portfolio transformation, M&A, strategic investments and investor relations. He will continue as CFO until September 30 2026 to ensure a smooth handover.
Chief Executive Officer Sameer Ahluwalia said, “Sustainable value comes from doing the right things well, not just doing more. Hari’s financial rigour and Suraj’s strategic focus will embed that discipline across the organisation.”
The appointments signal Digitide’s commitment to sharpen capital allocation and accelerate its AI‑driven growth agenda, reinforcing its position as a leading digitally native transformation player.
