
ACME Solar Holdings Limited has secured a significant contract, executing a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for a 300MW Wind-Solar Hybrid project. According to a BSE filing, the project is under Hybrid Tranche IX, with a scheduled commencement of supply date of 30.06.2028 and a project tenure of 25 years. The tariff for the project is set at Rs 3.25 per unit.
The project involves the development of a Wind-Solar Hybrid power project, which will contribute to India’s growing renewable energy sector. As part of the agreement, ACME Renewtech Fifth Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, will be responsible for the project’s execution.
The contract was awarded through a competitive bidding process, and the PPA marks a significant milestone for ACME Solar Holdings Limited. The order adds to the company’s growing portfolio of renewable energy projects, strengthening its position in the Indian power sector.
