Aegis Logistics Limited has officially informed the stock exchanges about a new capacity addition being undertaken at its facility located at Pirpau, near the old Pirpau berth, within Mumbai Port. This development is effective from September 6, 2025.

The proposed expansion involves an addition of 61,000 kilolitres (KL) to the company’s storage capacity. The total investment required for this capacity addition is INR 99.88 Crores, and it will be financed through internal accruals.

Aegis Logistics stated that the rationale behind this expansion is to enable the company to meet both current and future demands from its existing as well as new customers.

Furthermore, the company indicated that this capacity addition will help ease the load on its existing liquid storage facilities in Mumbai.
