BMW VENTURES LIMITED has announced a significant boost to its steel girder business, successfully securing a new order valued at INR 9.94 crore (including taxes).
The company, which filed the disclosure on November 4, 2025, informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the order involves the Fabrication and Supply of Bow String girders. This specialized work is destined for Indian Railways and will be conducted in a facility that is RDSO approved.
The contract was awarded by a domestic entity. BMW VENTURES LIMITED noted that it is unable to disclose the customer’s name due to confidentiality requirements.
According to the details provided under the SEBI Listing Regulations, the company must execute and deliver the order within 90 days from the date the Purchase Order is issued.
The payment structure outlines specific significant terms and conditions:
- An advance of 5% of the total amount will be provided after the work order is issued.
- A substantial 70% payment is scheduled to be made after the completion of the trial assembly.
- The final 25% payment will be processed before the dispatch of the materials.
In compliance with disclosure regulations, the company affirmed that the contract does not involve related party transactions, and neither the promoter, promoter group, nor group companies hold any interest in the entity that awarded the order.
