Infrastructure giant Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has announced a significant boost to its order book, having been declared the L-1 bidder for a major road infrastructure project in the state of Odisha.
The project, awarded by the Odisha Bridge & Construction Corporation Limited (OBCCL), underscores the company’s continued dominance in the domestic Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) sector.
The newly secured contract involves the construction of a diversion road on the Duduka-Gopalpur-Toparia stretch (from 4/700 km to 11/500 km) located in the Sundargarh district.
This high-capacity project will feature a 6-lane road along with a service road, aimed at enhancing regional connectivity.
Key details of the project include:
- Total Project Cost: ₹160.20 Crores (excluding GST).
- Execution Mode: Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC).
- Completion Timeline: 18 Months.
- Location: Sundargarh District, Odisha.
In a formal disclosure to the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), Dilip Buildcon confirmed that the bid was successful under a competitive tender process.
The company has adhered to all necessary provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Investors and stakeholders should note that, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in DBL securities is currently closed for all insiders, designated persons, and their relatives.
