Enviro Infra Engineers Limited (EIEL) has secured a significant domestic contract, announcing the receipt of a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for a large-scale sewerage infrastructure project.

The company informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE) of the development on 29th October 2025.

The project, which carries a broad consideration size of ₹ 248.49 Crores (excluding Operation & Maintenance (O&M) charges and GST), was awarded by the Bhopal Municipal Corporation.

The nature of the contract is detailed as Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), along with subsequent Operation & Maintenance (O&M) responsibilities.

This domestic order is crucial for developing urban infrastructure in Bhopal.

Project Scope and Timeline:

The significant terms of the awarded contract involve the design, construction, and commissioning of an extensive Sewerage Network stretching 273.369 KM in the North-East of the Bhopal Municipal area.

Crucially, the scope also mandates the construction of a substantial Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) with a capacity of 60 MLD, alongside the necessary intermediate pumping stations.

Regarding execution timelines, the EPC phase of the work is scheduled to be completed within 36 months from the date of commencement.

Following the successful completion of the construction and commissioning works, the company will be responsible for a mandated Operation and Maintenance (O&M) period of 5 years.

Enviro Infra Engineers confirmed in its disclosure that the order does not fall within related party transactions and that neither the promoter nor the promoter group/group companies have any interest in the Bhopal Municipal Corporation.
