Insolation Energy Limited announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has successfully secured substantial sale orders amounting to ₹ 516.05 Crores (Rupees Five Hundred Sixteen Crores Five Lakh Only), inclusive of GST.
This significant influx of business is expected to combine and add to the revenue of the company.
The total aggregate order value is composed of two major domestic purchase orders for the supply of Solar PV Modules. The first major component, valued at ₹ 357.00 Crores (including GST), was awarded by a well-renowned IPP Company. This specific order covers the supply of Solar PV Module N Type Topcon.
The second major purchase order contributes ₹ 159.05 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Nine Crores Only), inclusive of GST.
This portion of the business involves the supply of Solar PV Modules to various domestic companies for projects being developed under the PM KUSUM scheme at various locations across Andhra Pradesh. The combined amount of these two purchase orders reaches the reported total of ₹ 516.05 Crores.
The scope of the order is the supply of Solar PV Modules. Insolation Green Energy Private Limited is scheduled to execute these orders within the financial year 2025–27.
The filing confirmed that the awarding entities are domestic and that neither the promoter/promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entities that awarded the order(s)/contract(s).
Furthermore, the contracts do not fall within the scope of related party transactions.
