The scope of work entails a comprehensive execution mandate involving the deployment of digital display infrastructure comprising 2,233 units across Anganwadi centres in the State of Tamil Nadu.
The company will supply, install, test, and commission Samsung 1 star LED Ultra HD TVs in the Anganwadi centers, as part of the Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department, Tamil Nadu, World Bank ICDS Project III.
The transaction is not a related-party transaction, and the promoter group has no interest in the entity awarding the agreement. The company has made the disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
