The company announced the receipt of a Letter of Award/Purchase Order for the supply of Inverter Duty Transformers, valued at ₹13,46,38,000.00 (Rupees Thirteen Crores Forty Six Lakh and Thirty Eight Thousand only), inclusive of GST.
The contract was awarded by LC Infra Projects Private Limited. Marsons Limited classified the transaction as a domestic order and confirmed the details in a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The order specifically involves the supply of various high-capacity Inverter Duty Transformers. The key components specified in the order include:
- Eleven units of 13.2 MVA 33/4×0.66 kV.
- One unit of 6.6 MVA 33/0.66 – 0.66 kV.
- One unit of 3.3 MVA 33/0.66 kV.
The company estimates the time period required to execute the complete order to be approximately four months.
In terms of compliance and transparency, Marsons Limited affirmed that the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
Furthermore, the disclosure confirmed that the promoter or promoter group has no interest in LC Infra Projects Private Limited, the entity awarding the contract. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
