The total value of Rs. 101.92 lakhs represents a combination of both fresh and renewal contracts, which the company confirmed are all within the ordinary course of business. The received orders span various contract periods, extending through 2026.
A substantial portion of the new revenue stream is derived from annual subscriptions for cloud-based security & support services.
These specific service agreements make up the majority of the five detailed orders disclosed. For instance, one renewed annual subscription for cloud-based security services accounts for Rs. 37.73 lakhs and is valid until December 11, 2026. Another renewal for the same services amounts to Rs. 34.25 lakhs.
In terms of fresh business, the company secured several new annual subscriptions for cloud-based security and support services, contributing amounts such as Rs. 13.89 lakhs (product) and Rs. 7.35 lakhs (services) under one contract, and an additional Rs. 3.70 lakhs under another.
Furthermore, a fresh annual subscription order for Monitoring services contributed Rs. 5.00 lakhs to the aggregate total.
