
MIC Electronics has secured orders worth Rs 2.21 crore from the Indian Railways, according to a BSE filing. The company will supply, install, test, and commission telecom assets and passenger amenities at various railway stations.
The orders were awarded by the Signal and Telecommunication department of the Nagpur Division and the Salem Division of the Southern Railway zone.
The project involves the provision of Passenger Information Systems at Tirupattur, Samalpatti, Morappur, Bommidi, and Salem stations.
The contract was awarded through a tender process, and the company will execute the orders within the specified time frames. The orders are expected to be completed within 6 months and 5 years, respectively.
The order adds to the company’s existing pipeline of projects and strengthens its position in the technology sector.
As part of the agreement, MIC Electronics will provide Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (CAMC) for a period of five years. The company will finalize the terms and conditions of the agreement at the time of execution.
The orders were awarded on April 15, 2026, and April 16, 2026, respectively. The company has informed the BSE about the orders, and the additional details are enclosed as an annexure.
