Airfloa Rail Technology Limited (formerly known as Airflow Equipments India Pvt Ltd) has announced a significant boost to its order book after securing a contract valued at ₹6.00 Crores.

The domestic order, received on 21st January 2026, was awarded by the Furnishing Division of the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) in Chennai, a vital arm of the Indian Railways.

The scope of the contract is highly specialised, involving the supply of one rake set (16 car formation) of modified wider AC ducts equipped with zigzag baffle plates, specifically engineered for Vande Bharat (VB) coaches.

In addition to the AC ducts, the company will supply a further 16-car rake set of auxiliary equipment.

According to the terms of the agreement, the project is set for an immediate start with a 90-day completion window from the date of the purchase order.

The company has clarified that this is a domestic contract and that no promoters or group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the order, ensuring the transaction remains at arm’s length.

This development marks a continued partnership with the Integral Coach Factory and highlights Airfloa’s role in supporting the modernised infrastructure of India’s premier rail services.
