Airfloa Rail Technology Limited demonstrated significant business momentum on 25 October 2025 by announcing the receipt of new orders totaling ₹12.53 crore, originating from two distinct government manufacturing entities on the very same day.
The company, formerly known as Airflow Equipments India Pvt.Ltd, issued separate intimations to BSE Limited regarding these major domestic contracts.
The surge in business for Airfloa Rail Technology kicked off with the first notification detailing new orders worth ₹3.99 crore.
This contract was awarded by the Integral Coach Factory (ICF) situated in Chennai. This package comprises two separate domestic orders. The larger component, valued at approximately ₹2.79 Crores, involves the supply of one coach set of sidewall and roof specifically for the Kolkata Metro.
This specific order is anticipated to be executed within approximately 17 months. The second part of the Chennai contract, valued at approximately ₹1.20 Crores, is for the supply and installation of a Nose Cone.
The execution of this smaller component is expected to take between 2 to 3 months. The acceptance of this work order was recorded at 10:28 AM on 25 October 2025.
The intensive ordering continued later the same morning, when the company secured a second, even larger set of domestic contracts. This second achievement was valued at ₹8.54 crore and originated from the Modern Coach Factory situated in Uttar Pradesh.
This set of orders is also broken down into two distinct contracts relating to LHB (Linke Hofmann Busch) coaches. The primary contract, worth approximately ₹6.96 Crores, involves the supply of Luggage Rack Modules for LHB.
Execution for this is expected within approximately 6 to 7 months. The second order from the Modern Coach Factory involves the supply of a Roof complete for an LHB coach, valued at approximately ₹1.58 Crores, with an anticipated execution period of about five months.
The time of receipt/acceptance for this second major work order was 11:45 AM on 25 October 2025.
Both monumental achievements were formally informed to the exchange (BSE Limited) via intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations).
