NCC Ltd delivered a significant boost to investor sentiment today, announcing the receipt of a major order valued at Rs. 6828.94 Crore (excluding GST).

This substantial contract, secured from Central Coalfields Limited, positions NCC ltd for major revenue generation over the coming years.

The disclosure, made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, confirmed that NCC ltd received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dated 24th October 2025.

Central Coalfields Limited, identified as a domestic entity, awarded the contract for a massive mining operation in Jharkhand.

The project focuses on the Amrapali OCP (Open Cast Project), located in the Chandragupt Area of Jharkhand State. The comprehensive nature of the order involves the hiring of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM).

The details provided in the annexure accompanying the disclosure specify the magnitude of the work involved.

This includes the removal of 413.59 million cubic meters (M CuM) of overburden (OB), the extraction of 233.325 million tonnes (MT) of coal, and the transportation of the extracted coal to Shivpur siding and the surface stock yard under various lead slabs.

Additionally, the work encompasses wagon loading of 139.995 MT of coal at Shivpur siding, reflecting the comprehensive scale of operations.

This extensive project is set for a long-term execution period, underscoring stable future earnings for NCC ltd. The total execution timeline spans 2915 days, which includes a development period of 360 days and a production period of 07 years.

The company confirmed that neither the promoter/promoter group nor group companies have any interest in Central Coalfields Limited.

Furthermore, the order does not fall within the scope of related party transactions. The execution of the contract is governed by the General Conditions of the Contract.
