CleanMax Partners Apple for Rs 100 Cr Renewable Energy Boost

CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has secured a strategic co-investment partnership with Apple to accelerate decarbonization in India’s commercial and industrial sector, according to a BSE filing.

The partnership aims to boost renewable energy in India with a ~INR 100 crore investment. This move reflects a shared long-term commitment towards enabling corporate clean energy transition.

The partnership between CleanMax and Apple builds on their earlier co-investment partnership supporting Apple’s India operations. Kuldeep Jain, Managing Director and Founder, CleanMax, said, “We are thrilled to expand our partnership with Apple yet again.”

As part of the agreement, CleanMax will provide renewable energy solutions to Apple, supporting its broader carbon neutrality goals. The partnership also reflects the growing role of strategic co-investment models in accelerating high-quality renewable infrastructure for commercial and industrial consumers.

The order adds to CleanMax’s existing portfolio of renewable energy projects, strengthening its position as India’s largest renewable energy company for the commercial and industrial sector.

This partnership is expected to accelerate India’s corporate renewable energy market, combining long-term capital, global sustainability ambition, and scalable clean energy execution.

This partnership reinforces CleanMax’s position as a leading renewable energy solutions provider in India, supporting the country’s transition to a low-carbon economy.
