Tiger Logistics has secured a Rs 8.8 crore order from Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for transporting approximately 310 MT of cargo to Visakhapatnam. According to a BSE filing, the company will execute the project through three chartered flights, with 80 MT being transported from France and 210 MT from Saudi Arabia.
The project involves managing the shipments on an end-to-end ex-works basis, covering the complete logistics chain from origin to destination. The scope includes air freight, customs clearance, and local transportation, ensuring seamless handling and delivery of the specialized cargo.
The contract strengthens Tiger Logistics‘ growing capabilities in handling time-sensitive and specialized air cargo movements for large public sector undertakings. The company has previously executed specialized logistics assignments for leading public sector enterprises, including Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL).
As part of the agreement, Tiger Logistics will provide an end-to-end logistics solution, allowing the company to manage the assignment with greater control and reliability. The order adds to the company’s growing experience with PSUs, deepening its relationships with key clients.
