In a significant boost to its order book, Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited (PARAS) has announced the receipt of a prestigious contract from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence.
As per recent BSE filings, the order is valued at approximately Rs. 80.28 Crore (including taxes).
The contract focuses on the development of High Precision Optical Systems specifically designed for Air Defence Applications.
This domestic contract further solidifies the company’s position as a key player in India’s indigenous defence technology ecosystem.

In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Paras Defence clarified in its filing that the promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and that the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
