Kaynes Technology India Limited announced today that its Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, Mr. Rajesh Sharma, has tendered his resignation.
In a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges, the company confirmed that his departure will be effective from the close of business hours on October 31, 2025.
The stated reason for his resignation is to “pursue opportunities outside the Organisation”.
In his resignation letter, Mr. Sharma described his nearly four-year journey with the company as “very fulfilling” both professionally and personally.
He highlighted several major milestones achieved under his leadership, including a successful Initial Public Offering and subsequent public listing, the expansion of manufacturing capacities, and significant inorganic growth through both domestic and global acquisitions.
During his tenure, the company experienced substantial revenue growth and created significant value for stakeholders, reaching an outstanding market capitalisation of over INR 50,000 Crores.
Mr. Sharma stated that he believes it is time to “embark on a new professional journey to take up another exciting and challenging assignment”.
He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the company’s leadership for their trust, which he said was a “catalyst in boosting my confidence” and contributing to his professional growth.
He also conveyed his confidence in his colleagues at Kaynes, noting they are “well placed to drive the Company through the next phases and to the next levels of growth”.
