From Hospitals to Railways: KEC International Wins Rs 1,020 Cr in Diversified Contracts

KEC International Ltd., a global powerhouse in infrastructure Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and a flagship of the RPG Group, has announced a significant boost to its portfolio with new order wins totalling Rs 1,020 crores.

This latest series of contracts across its various business verticals brings the company’s total year-to-date order intake to approximately Rs 20,300 crores.

The new acquisitions showcase KEC’s diverse capabilities:

Civil Infrastructure: The company has secured a prestigious contract to construct a multispeciality hospital in Central India for a renowned healthcare provider.

Transportation: In a strategic move, the business won an order for a railway siding for a private player in Central India, a win that MD & CEO Vimal Kejriwal noted “widens our order book”.

Transmission & Distribution (T&D): KEC continues its domestic and international momentum with cabling works for a reputed steel producer in Eastern India and orders for the supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas.

Cables & Conductors: The company also secured various supply orders for cables and conductors in both Indian and overseas markets.

Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International Ltd., expressed his satisfaction with the diversified wins, highlighting the strengthened presence in the hospital segment and the “continued momentum” in the North American T&D market through their subsidiary, SAE Towers.
