This strategic development, officially intimated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on Friday, 22 August 2025, signals the company’s continued dedication to broadening its operational scope within the green energy domain.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs formally approved the incorporation of KCPOL on 19 August 2025, marking a proactive step by KPI Green Energy to enhance its capabilities in harnessing diverse renewable sources across the nation.
Establishment and Financial Structure of KCPOL
KPIN Clean Power One LLP (KCPOL) was formally registered in India on 19 August 2025, under the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The initial capital contribution for the new entity clearly delineates its ownership structure within the broader KPI Green Energy group.
KPI Green Energy Limited itself contributed a substantial ₹99,000/- towards the SPV, thereby securing a dominant stake. The remaining ₹1,000/- was contributed by M/s KPark Sunbeat Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KPI Green Energy Limited.
This financial arrangement ensures KPI Green Energy’s direct and substantial control over KCPOL, aligning its operations with the parent company’s strategic objectives. As of its incorporation date, KCPOL has reported nil turnover, as it is yet to commence its business operations.
