PNC Infratech Limited has been declared the Lowest (L-1) Bidder for a significant infrastructure project in Bihar, according to a filing with the stock exchanges today.
The project, awarded by the Bihar State Road Development Corporation (BSRDC), involves the construction of a High-Level Bridge and Approach Road.
“Construction of High Level Bridge and Approach Road on Hathouri-Atrar-Bavangama-Aurai Road in Bihar” is one of the project’s duties.
This civil work contract, identified as Package No. BSFIP-IV 1 5, is to be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode. It is specified that the road component will be 21.30 km long overall.
PNC Infratech Limited submitted a quoted price of Rs. 495.54 Crore, exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). The financial bids for this domestic project were opened on 4th September 2025.
The company is expected to complete the project within a timeframe of 1095 days, equivalent to three years.
The business affirmed that no promoter or promoter group companies are interested in this contract that has been awarded. Furthermore, the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
In line with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities by designated employees, their immediate relatives, and connected persons will remain closed until 48 hours after this announcement.
