Precision Electronics Limited (PEL) has successfully secured a new order from a government entity operating within the Defense segment. The company officially disclosed the award on November 15, 2025, to BSE Limited (Scrip Code- 517258).
The domestic contract is valued at approximately Rs. 1.12 Crore. This order involves the supply of Quadripod/Tripod with accessories.
According to the significant terms and conditions, PEL is required to deliver the Quadripod/Tripod strictly as per the customer’s specifications.
The execution of the order is scheduled to be completed according to the delivery schedule that will be provided by the Customer.
Due to specific confidentiality clauses and the commercial sensitivity of the agreement, Precision Electronics was unable to disclose the name of the government entity that awarded the contract.
The disclosure, made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (“SEBI Listing Regulations”), confirmed several key compliance points:
- The entity awarding the contract is a domestic one.
- The promoter, promoter group, or group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the order.
- The contract does not fall within the scope of related party transactions.
This announcement reinforces Precision Electronics‘s continued involvement in supplying key components to domestic government entities within the Defense segment.
