SEPC Limited has officially informed the stock exchanges that its unincorporated joint operation, SEPC-Furlong JV, has successfully received a significant Letter of Award (LOA).
The award positions the JV as the Service Provider for the substantial project concerning the “Development of New Civil Enclave at Bihta, Bihta Airport – Bihar”.
The total consideration stipulated for this Work Award stands at Rs. 86 Crores (Rupees eighty-six crores only). This major contract was disclosed on 8 December 2025.
The company furnished this update to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE Symbol SEPC) and BSE Limited (BSE Symbol 532945).
SEPC Limited made the disclosure to comply with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The issuance of the Work Award marks a critical step for the joint venture. However, the terms and conditions governing this undertaking are set out in a Service Agreement, which the company anticipates sharing with the SEPC-Furlong JV shortly.
