Triton Valves has secured a 7-year contract worth Rs 112 crore from Aumovio Germany GmbH, a German-based independent automotive technology company, according to a BSE filing.
The contract is for the supply of TPMS valves to be executed from the end of the third quarter of 2027-28 FY. This contract improves the company’s profitability and cash flow.
The project involves the supply of 4.7 crores of TPMS valves between Calendar Year 2027 and Calendar Year 2031, with a revenue of approximately Rs 112 crore over the five-year period.
The contract has the potential for an increase in value or volume due to international commodity prices and business buoyancy.
As part of the agreement, Aumovio and Triton Valves have entered into a Project Agreement on March 23, 2025, for the supply of a certain type of TPMS valves to be supplied to Aumovio entities in India and overseas. The contract was awarded through a strategic supplier contract between the parties.
The order adds to Triton Valves’ existing pipeline and strengthens its position in the automotive sector. This contract highlights the company’s technical and commercial strength, as its product meets the standards of an international customer.
