
Atlanta Electricals has secured a Rs 285.15 crore order from Punjab State Transmission Corporation Limited (PSTCL) to supply 23 Nos. 160 MVA, 220/66 kV Power Transformers along with NIFPES and Optional Spares, according to a BSE filing.
This order further strengthens the company’s presence in Punjab, which continues to be a strategically important market for Atlanta Electricals Limited. The order involves the supply of power transformers and spares.
The company had commenced its association with PSTCL in 2018 and has since supplied approximately 200 transformers with an aggregate installed capacity of around 5,000 MVA across the state of Punjab.
This new order adds to the company’s existing pipeline and boosts its order book. The detailed purchase order shall follow in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender.
The contract was awarded through a competitive bidding process, and Atlanta Electricals emerged as the successful bidder. The order value is summarized as Rs 284.51 crore for the power transformers and Rs 0.63 crore for the optional spares. The total order value, including applicable taxes, is Rs 285.15 crore.
As part of the agreement, Atlanta Electricals will supply the power transformers and spares to PSTCL as per the terms and conditions of the contract.
The order adds to the company’s growth momentum and reinforces its position as a leading player in the power equipment sector. This order reinforces Atlanta Electricals‘ position as a key supplier of power equipment to state transmission utilities.
