BMW Ventures Limited has announced a significant boost to its manufacturing pipeline, having secured a new order valued at INR 4.49 crore (including taxes).
The company formally disclosed this pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The substantial contract, awarded by a domestic structural steel manufacturer, involves the crucial Pre-Engineering Steel Building (PEB) Manufacturing division.
The scope of work is comprehensive, covering the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and erection of the Pre-Engineered Building/Structural Steel.
While the identity of the client must remain confidential due to specific contractual terms, the company confirmed that the order originates from an entity within India.
A key highlight of this deal is the aggressive execution timeline. The order is slated to be executed and delivered within 45 days from the date the Purchase Order was issued.
The financial terms stipulate a 10% advance payment, with the balance due before shipment. The disclosure further clarified that the contract does not involve any related party transactions, nor do the promoter or promoter groups have any interest in the entity awarding the contract.
