Pritish Nandy Communications Limited (PNC) has officially announced a significant licensing agreement with Shemaroo Entertainment Limited, aimed at expanding the reach of its cinematic library.
This partnership focuses on the exploitation of satellite and digital rights for a curated selection of 18 titles from PNC’s film portfolio.
The deal represents a strategic push by PNC to monetise its content across various electronic platforms in an increasingly digital-first market. By partnering with an established distributor like Shemaroo, PNC is positioning itself to maximise revenue streams from its existing content assets.
This move reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to extracting long-term value from its intellectual property.
In accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company formally notified both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) regarding the press release on December 26, 2025.
This announcement was signed by Priyanka Shah.
