SEPC Wins ₹270 Crore Railway Sub-Contract in North Western Railway Project

SEPC Limited has successfully secured a significant purchase order on a sub-contract basis for a major Railway Infrastructure Project.

The company informed the exchanges on December 16, 2025, that the total order value is Rs. 269,68,59,518/-. This impressive figure translates to over Two Hundred Sixty- Nine Crore Rupees.

The contract was awarded by M/s. Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Limited, identified as a domestic entity. The specific scope of work relates to the Ajmer- Chanderiya Doubling Project being undertaken by the Ajmer Division of the North Western Railway.

As detailed in the regulatory filing, this domestic contract must be executed within a period of 24 months. This timeline begins from the date of the issue of the Letter of Award (LOA) by the department, subject to any extensions thereof.

The company also confirmed that neither the Promoter nor the Promoter Group have any interest in the entity that awarded the order, meaning it does not fall under related party transactions.

This substantial contract win highlights SEPC’s continued engagement in large-scale infrastructure development within India. The intimation of this material event was filed with the stock exchanges in line with regulatory mandates.
