Ahmedabad-based M&B Engineering Limited has announced a significant boost to its order book.
In a recent regulatory filing dated 23rd January 2026, the company revealed it has secured a sizeable domestic order for the design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Structural Steel.
The total consideration for the contract is valued at INR 47.66 Crores plus GST. This major win is a collaborative effort, as it includes an erection order amounting to INR 7.09 Crores plus GST to be executed by the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, M/s. Phenix Building Solutions Private Limited.
While the name of the domestic entity awarding the contract remains confidential, M&B Engineering has confirmed that the project is expected to be completed within a tight five-month timeline.
Furthermore, the company clarified that the contract does not involve any promoter interest and is not a related party transaction, ensuring it was conducted at “arm’s length”.
This development underscores M&B Engineering’s growing footprint in the structural steel sector and its ability to secure high-value domestic projects with rapid turnaround requirements.
